Newsflash

On the front page of the latest official set of Rules and Regulations, dated 7-15-08,
is written:
"It is acknowledged that there have been instances in the past where the
Rules and Regulations have been violated and those violations, for whatever reason,
have been allowed to stand. From the date of this revision forward all Rules and
Regulations will be subject to strict enforcement. Further, none of those past
violations that have been allowed to stand are to be considered as having
established a precedent."

Thanks.
